Serve the needy child for education
Our Mega project is to facilitate the education of needy students through financial support. We are supporting the students and needy children who have no sources to meet their educational expenses. We all members of circle-7 from Amal academy are serving with the best of us. This project is not only a project for us but it is also an opportunity to support the needy children to getting education. Education is necessary for a peaceful society.
We were able to meet our goals. We faced challenges, hurdles but we did it together as a team. It was a great experience for us. We divided the tasks among us. In this way, we easily managed all the activities of this project.
The challenges we faced with the fulfillment of our project are listed:
1: Tricky funds collection procedure
2: Harsh responses and attitude from people
3: We all were also busy with our exams and research work
4: To found no. of uniforms with reasonable prices
5: Hectic market visit
6: Search and Selection of most needy students
The main challenge was fundraising. Though it is the era of technology still one to one approach in this regard is so far more appreciable and a bit convenient. But due to the COVID-19 situation, we were left with online methodology. We made posters, wrote the small convincing text, and send voice notes. Many people just ignored us but some of them were moved. Then we faced the difficulty in using online money transfer apps. Lastly, the main problem was helping children by not damaging their self-esteem. As donation can hurt many SafaidPosh people. To tackle this properly we did not show that we are giving uniforms as a charity. We gave them as a gift. To enhance their morale we also distributed biscuits among them.
This project gives the lesson of moving on. The outcome we obtained never lose hope and belief in yourself. The biggest outcome was the smiles of children who were very happy after receiving their gifts. From this project, we realized that failure and success goes side by side but we should focus on our Goals and carry on.
There are many people we had connected for our project. There are 60 percent of people who gave positive impact for this project. The people who support us and stand with us are our encouragement. We are very thankful for them. But some people ignored us and showed bad responses. We realized them the need and issue of our society. Some of them were able to understand this but some are still ignoring us. But we are welcome them for the future. I hope they will change their thinking and take this issue as a need of society.
After doing this project we all will also continue this project individually in our area. We will teach the students who have no financial support. We will provide them the tools of education included bags, books, pencils, water bottles, etc. May Allah helped us to continue this project.
